"This was my first visit here and I can't wait to go again! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, the service was super, and the food was delicious!! A little bit on the pricier side but totally worth it! Helps if you have a reservation because it started to get super busy right around 5 pm. Great place for a date night or a celebration dinner."

"The restaurant is what you expect for a new place in Bakersfield. Modern with nice decor, but that's about it. The staff was friendly, but overall service not good. Our party waited almost an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. After being seated, we waited another 30 minutes before we received menus, or anyone took our drink order. We ate dinner about 3 hours after arriving at the restaurant. This was a Friday night after 7pm. The restaurant was not busy. The staff was friendly, but not promp. Also, most of the staff couldn't answer questions I had about the drink or food items. The food was okay, nothing special. The drink I had was good, but again nothing special. I have dined at many restaurant from cheap eats to luxury dining. The prices at this restaurant are moderately closer to fine dining, but the quality of food is far from it. Also, the restaurant is dimly lit, making it difficult to read the menus. The bar area was really nice, so I'd say this is the type of place you can go have drinks on any random night."

"Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Bakersfield. I have reviewed hundreds of restaurants, and I can tell you - this place needs to be a staple in your repertoire of restaurant choices. The atmosphere brings you to the crossroad between cozy and adventurous. The food is outstanding with beautiful presentation. And the staff is beyond friendly."

"This location has only been open for a little over a month and it has some great potential. The food was very flavorful, with generous portion sizes and was reasonably priced. They do tend to over-sauce their dishes. The sauces were good - but a little too much of them. My one issue was the service. It started out great and very attentive and then just seemed to disappear even though the restaurant was not full. When our bill finally came, they automatically added a 20% gratuity and showed us as a party of 6 (I understand that policy for large parties of 6 or more) when there were only 5 of us at the table. We pointed that out and they just ignored it and said we should "make it a consideration" and then did nothing about it. Overall the meal was good and we had a great time. We will likely try them again when we are back in the area."
