"Lazy disrespectful kids that have no clue what their doing nor do they care. 30 minute wait inside the store for a hot and ready while other customers hot and readys are just sitting. Avoid this location. Trash."
"Food always comes out decently well, so no complaints on that ever. The issue is that if you ever order via phone they seem to not keep track of those orders and will give you a wait time and when you come in they don’t have your order in the system. So it ends up being a waste of time and you have to wait for them to make it fresh since they never actually added your order to their queue. So if you’re going to order from here. Just show up to the location and order in person or place an online order through their website. Never call in. They suck at handling orders over the phone. It’s happened 4 times in a row at this location for me. If it wasn’t the only one near me I would just go to a different location. Normally I could care less about writing a review, but I hope the ops staff sees this and finds a way to fix the issue. That’s why I’ve decided to write my review. Hopefully it saves other people a whole bunch of time."
