"WORST customer service ever, the store manager is no exception, hung up on me when I called about my missing items from my order. Both the cashier, and the manager were talking with slurred speech. They gave the Delivery Driver only 1bag out of 2, and charged me for all the missing items in the 2nd bag that they have with them in the store even after I requested a refund, because they said they didn't have any other driver available to deliver the 2nd bag. I had to call the online customer service for Assistance 3days later when I saw the charges on my credit card."

"Typical Walgreens of Carmichael, this one’s already ghetto has a lot of homeless people hang out outside of it. I’m personally more of a Rite Aid kind of guy anyway."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a photo order on my lunch break to be ready by the time I was off work on my way to a birthday party.... Got here to pick up my order and your staff couldn't answer my question and tell me why my card order wasn't ready. I asked for the manager she came to the counter the counter and looked just as dumbfounded as your front counter clerk. Clueless, Then said it must have been a printer issue... No one could have called me.... I placed this order by my phone number which you guys verified. Wow entire lack of customer service. The best part was the look on their face both of them like they could care less.... Your front desk associate even mentioned I don't know I just got here 10 minutes ago.. Well that's nice but I'm not looking for excuses. I'll drive farther next time to purchase my pictures elsewhere."
