"The vet here is extremely greedy. Wanted me to purchase additional flea protection and was a total jerk to me when I told her I did not want that in my dog. She wanted to give her poisonous shots and I said no. Also, after this visit, I experienced fraudulent phone calls regarding the chip registration. People wanting $100 to register my dogs chip even though she’s already registered with the correct company. Total scam. When I asked the company where they got the information they said VIP?? I have since found out it’s total fraud. The people on the phone said they bought out all the chips that were owned, but I found out this morning that is totally untrue. Scams at this place never had that at any other location"

"The staff that helped us were very friendly, helpful with their advice, and I never got the feeling they were pushing us to purchase anything we didn't need. They were gentle with our cat and we liked our experience overall. The wait time was a bit long (we were 6th in line before they opened, and we waited for 2 hours before we were seen; our visit only took 10-15 minutes once it was our turn ), but there is a check-in process you can follow online to hopefully not have to wait so long in person (we didn't know about this process until we arrived because it was our first visit). Overall, we would recommend this VIP PetCare Clinic to others, and we plan to return!"

"Katharyn Hart, DVM is without question the best vet I have ever dealt with. She is amazing! Dr. Hart readily dispenses insightful information regarding your fur baby, offers science-based advice, has excellent chairside manners and seems truly caring of her patients. Most importantly, she listens to your concerns and responds to each one. My dog had a recent blood test that indicated abnormal kidney issues and Dr. Hart discussed the common causes, the need for additional tests (blood, fecal and urine) and possible changes in diet and medication. She was efficient, thorough and compassionate. I felt confident in her diagnosis and will continue to seek her care for my little canine baby. Her staff was also quite caring and gentle. Her front desk person was especially helpful and informative."

"The wait was over 90 minutes, but in comparison to veterinary urgent care, that's not long. We received multiple annual vaccinations and a senior dog blood work panel was drawn, all without an appointment. What I really appreciate and love is, I stay in contact and connected with my dog. There is no separation. I do not see any benefit in removing my well trained obedience competition dog from me. There is no need to make a dog insecure or frightened when receiving vet care, especially by removing the support system. A vet visit is an event to train for as a part of life experience. The experience at the clinic is excellent. Dr K. Hart and Team are calm, kind & consistent. Knowledgeable goes without saying. The downside of any vet clinic are out of control, badly behaved, scared dogs. It's worse when the owner/handler doesn't pay attention or understand the behaviors. But as my dogs' guardian, it's my responsibility to advocate for and set my dog up for successful encounters. This Wellness Clinic in Roseville Ca is a role model. The transparent pricing is amazing. Bottom line, it's affordable vet care and the emotional cost to my dog is very manageable."
