"Wonderful staff!! Pricing is great compared to surrounding hospitals, I've checked! They offer same day appointments along with Urgent care even when they are fully booked! The best part is they offer a Loyalty Card with HUGE discounts you can use all year long! Stongly recommend for anyone that loves their babies and want the best!!!"
"We have been using All American Vet Clinic for our three babies- 2 french bulldogs and 1 cat for many, many years. All of the staff are welcoming, patient and kind. They treat our animals like their own. The Manager, Techs and Receptionists provide upfront and honest information. We have referred many families to this vet and they all rave about the staff. All American will continue to be our recommended clinic to all of our friends and families."
"I have been a loyal customer with them for 15+ yaers. Always amazing staff. But, yesterday they outperformed themselves when they got to put down my dog. Humanity, caring, professionalism, accuracy and support. Make them, hands down the best animal care possible. Thanks"
"On March 10th I had to bring my boy of almost 15 years "Scout" in to put him to rest. The staff were very kind, professional and patient with me and my family. They let us be in the room with him and the good Dr.Thorn (I belive I'm remembering his name correctly) explained the process clearly so we would be prepared for what may or may not happen. They were amazing and caring, and let us have the time we needed with him before and after. They laid out all the options on the phone call I made to them that morning and were able to get Scout in that evening. 2ish weeks later they called saying we could pick up Scout's ash's in a ash urn we picked out. They are an amazing clinic that really cares for our furry family members. Thank you to everyone at the all American city vet clinic for helping my furry brother be put to peace."
"I’m so appreciative and thankful for the service I received at this animal hospital. I rescued a sickly barn cat from a very terrible life. I spent days calling animal control, the SPCA, cat rescues, and animal hospitals. This cat needed care urgently and it seemed like no one was either capable or willing to help me or this poor cat, Tucker. Randomly, All American City popped up in a google search and I thought I’d give them a shot even though they’re located outside my city. They were booked for the day, as was the case for all other animal hospitals I contacted, however the person who answered my call asked me to explain my situation first. I gave her the full story, which I won’t expand upon here because it’s lengthy, and after asking me to hold for a minute she came back and said they would be able to squeeze me in since it was a very urgent situation. I was so relieved to get help for this poor, suffering cat. Once there, all of the staff were totally friendly and helpful. Everyone, including the vet, took the time to answer my many questions and concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, the cat I brought in was very, very sick and tested positive for FeLV leaving euthanasia as the only humane option if I wanted Tucker’s suffering to end. I’ve never been present during a euthanasia and it was very stressful and upsetting for me. The staff present were very kind about me being emotional and were very gentle about explaining the process. Of course, I was very sad there was no way to save Tucker but I took comfort in the fact that he would no longer suffer. This animal hospital may have been the best facility and staff I’ve ever been to. I usually go to a more local veterinarian, for years, but I’m now a convert and will be taking my three cats here going forward. Hands down, I would recommend this veterinarian anytime."
