"CVS employees must hate their job! They are rude and not willing to help you out! Very disappointing since they did have a super great pharmacist years back! Don’t buy any flowers from CVS because the flowers are AWFUL! They fell apart the same day! Cost my husband $22.99! They should have lasted a least a few days!"
"I went to exchange a bike lock because when I bought it, it didn't have the code on its tag for the combination lock , I purchased it couple of days ago but when I walked in a big yellow hair manager rudely would exchange it or do nothing for me her name was something like Jan. She was so abrupt and was so rude to me. I left and now I want to talk to the district manager because my bike has been stolen 3xs and it's killing me!!"
"My wife and I had our Rx transferred here when the Rite Aid next door closed. So far they screwed up every prescription - today they lost mine after notifying me 12 days after I requested a refill that it that it was ready. Still looking and I can’t transfer because they already billed insurance. The pharmacist told my wife hers was unavailable and recommended what her doc confirmed was a dangerous alternative. She went to Walgreens next door and they had it. The store is untidy and dirty too .. trash all over floor."
"I am fully vaccinated and boosted, have my current flu shots and then some. But when I got a bad cough I took a Sunday off from work to buy a Covid 19 test. I work in the public so it’s a precaution I felt was needed. The pharmacy tech at the drive thru window sold me a Covid 19 test which had a current expiration date on the OUTSIDE of the box, but had contents on the inside of the box which were expired. The tech kept saying “We just go by what’s on the outside of the box.” She kept repeating it as if that was a valid answer and she seemed irritated that I informed her that regardless of the packaging, the test kit on the inside was expired. She went and brought me a different test and abruptly walked away from the drive thru window with an attitude. Before I opened the second package (for which she gave me no receipt) I put on my face mask and went inside to not have to deal with her. I politely asked to speak to the actual pharmacist who also came over with an attitude for some reason. I explained that I just wanted to check the expiration of this second test in front of them since I’d been given no receipt. The pharmacist dismissively told me to contact the manufacturer. I asked why she was being impersonal and she answered, ”Because you have Covid and you came inside.” She then pointed to a manger and said “He can help you.” The manager reluctantly apologized for the date discrepancy, but I won’t be back. Despite being rudely accused by the pharmacist of irresponsibly exposing the store to Covid by coming inside, my Covid test was negative."
