"Took my 10 year old Great Dane here to be put down as she had been eating very little and was under weight. Front desk staff was rude. They took her in the back to be weighed (wouldn’t allow me to go) came back and said she was 103. Convenient over the 100lb marker which would push it from 400 to almost 600. I asked if I could pay first. I told the girl up front they have made this an awful experience. She then started to argue with me. Then they refused to do it. Took the I.V. out of my dog and sent us away. Horrible vet. Went to Animal Urgent Care. They were amazing and kind. I brought her in and they weighed her right in front of me and she was 98lbs. They had empathy and compassion and were great all the way around."

"Dont recommend this place. Rude costomer service. Dont know how to properly take an animal. Very expensive and charge for something not wanted. Misleading and false verification. Made my dog traumatized from going to a vet."

"I took my 5.5 month old puppy here to be spayed. The office is clean and all of the staff was nice & helpful. The cost for the procedure was less than half of what I was quoted at other veterinary offices. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything my puppy didn’t need. My puppy is doing great. "I really love this vet. I've been with Mohnacky for 3 years, and I can't stand their pricing and constant upselling. I decided to try Parkway. Their office staff are kind, and scheduling was immediate and no fuss. This place is very straightforward and fair. Their exam fee is reasonable, and the vet, Dr. Chou was knowledgeable and caring. There is no upselling unnecessary services or outrageous pricing here. Pay no mind to the reviews saying Parkway is dirty or things are broken. The building is older, yes. But it is a very clean facility and certainly smells very clean. I'll take family owned, reasonably priced, and quality vet care over some fancy smancy building with new everything. New doesn't always mean quality. My pup had a nasty ear infection and the vet tech even came in to show me some techniques in cleaning the ears. It was super awesome. I was taken at the correct appointment time, and out within an hour. And even if I wasn’t, I’d still give this place 5 stars because of how up front and cool they were. A very good experience, we will be making the switch."
