Be in this situation and see how this place’s profit out of the love and pain you have for your animals and keep looking for ways to may the most money out of you I was transferred from other hospital where they already bleed me close to 3000 dollars and know here they want to do exactly the same think why , that’s why I love animals humans just look for their own benefits I would love to add more to this because I believe peo would love to be careful and do t take their loved animals there worst place I ever been the girl at the front counter was rude and heartless who may need to get training how to train people that’s going trough so much pain Yaruba it’s the name of the person and I want people to know the name of that heartless person also they send me the refund check issue to me it was under someone else name with that I can see how professionaly do treat customers hope this help someone else and don’t take their love ones there"

"Dr. Vorathavorn is back at AVSG!!! I'm so happy to have Dr. V taking care of my 19 year old cat. I had previously used banfield and went in circle with that vet office. Spending thousands of dollars trying to figure out a diagnosis for my pet. I heard Dr. V was back and she was able to figure out what had been going on with my cat. My cat has not been doing well in the last stages of her life but Dr. V has been there along with her support team (Briana & Shelby) have been extremely responsive and empathetic to the challenges of taking care of an aging cat. She is straight with her diagnosis, recommendations and literally will take the time to explain things out in easy to digest terms. She is a great internist and I strong recommend Dr. V and her team to anyone looking for exemplary care for their pet."

"Our dog was attacked by two large dogs during her walk. The injuries looked grave. We scooped her up and drove to AVSG in the dark. The place looked closed but when you tell them you need help through the entry intercom they turn on all the lights. They grabbed Mizzy and rushed to stabilize her and calm her down. The next day she underwent a 2 hour reconstructive surgery and is recovering well so far. Lots of loving, caring staff. Fair prices."

"Took my 10 month old corgi here after he was having diarrhea. The vet techs were up transparent about their fees and told me the cost of the consultation and tests before starting. We were in and out of there fairly quickly, especially for a drop in! I also felt like they genuinely cared about my pup and that they listened to my concerns/asked follow up questions, etc. He’s on some meds and a bland diet. Feeling better already!"
