"I've been coming here for as long as they've been here I think at least 13 years or more. I've always had multiple cats, and they've taken care of each of them, from spading, vaccinations, ear infections, and thyroid issues to putting some down, etc. They have always treated my cats and me in a very friendly empathetic manner. The prices are reasonable. ❤️ Thank you so much for all your caring!"

"Don't come here. Absolutely awful customer service with the receptionists. Especially Jessie, the office manager. (I spoke with two receptionists today 2/14/24 from 3-3:30...letting you know the details in case they might have been dishonest about who they are to avoid being reprimanded/looking bad) Jessie (claims she's the office manager) and Jasmine were very rude, very petty, immature, and unprofessional. Just got off the phone with Jasmine, and she let me know she cancelled my dog's appointment for his follow up shot next Friday after me being upset for Jasmine not following through with a text message confirmation of my dog's appointment for next week. I told Jessie about it, and she said she can't send the text message confirmation until the day of his appointment when they did it no problem before. Jessie also hung up on me when I wasn't done speaking to her. I called back and Jasmine answered saying they're going to cancel the appointment. Please reevaluate the professionalism of your front desk staff. I also asked them both if they could give my number for someone above Jessie to contact me so I can explain this situation I had to someone above Jessie and that's when Jessie hung up and Jasmine said it's not guaranteed that they'll get in contact with me if I give my contact number for Richard to reach out to me. How disappointing."

"I highly recommend this animal hospital. My dog was in danger of going blind due to cherry eye, but Dr. Kim performed the surgery skillfully, and now my dog is healthy and the cherry eye symptoms have completely disappeared. It's as if I'm seeing a different dog. My dog and I are very happy. The staff is also very friendly, honest, and, above all, the price is better compared to other places, so l'm very glad to have discovered this place!!!!!!!"
