"This place was incredible for many years. I used to actually recommend this place. I only go here for non emergencies and because it’s so close. I have a second vet I go to now for more pressing issues and emergencies. Before they really cared about pet patients, would check up on them, would even email suggestions. The only emails I get from them now is about their online store. Before you could ask the vet about about your pet’s chronic condition and they would know what you’re talking about and now she will ask if it’s a new condition and quickly ask if she can do an x-ray and full blood panel. We have a chart right? My pet has been coming here for almost a decade. When I mentioned she’s had x-rays and we didn’t see anything concerning , as a gentle reminder, I was told to find a specialist and she walked out. A specialist in what? Who should I see? Who do I ask? It’s at the point where my husband thinks we need to go to our emergency vet to find out how else we can help our pet. Bummer because I used to love this place. :( I love the people at the front desk who are so wonderful and helpful and kind. Love the techs! They asked for me to review so here is my review haha."

"I would give 0 stars if i could. Shatto Vet and Dr. Sung specifically are extremely unprofessional. It's become obvious over the years that they only care about profit and the bottom line, not the well-being of your pets. They will continue to upsell services and medications and misdiagnose your pet. I've brought up several concerns over the past few months only for them to say 'It's nothing to worry about.' Some of the positive reviews have been planted by employees. Check yelp for more accurate reviews. Do not take your pets here if you care about there well-being at all."
