"I sent a request online for an appointment. Today, while at work someone tried to call me, the phone number did not show the name of the vet office, so I used Google assistant to get more information on the call. No one said it's the vet office, just submission request form. Well, being at work, I was unsure what it was so, I let the assistant ask for more information. The person said "I don't like this" and hung up. So I looked up the phone number and see it was the vets office. #1 if you are calling from a business say that. #2 for a place that asks you to use a request form online, you don't like being asked for more information on a vague message of what a call was about? Very unprofessional."
