"I am so disappointed in Banfield. I have been bringing my pets for 9 years. During Covid, the appointments became drop off. I made an appointment for comprehensive exams for each of my dogs and they were rescheduled to accommodate something with the vet. At my rescheduled appointment, I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:15 appointment. I went into a room at 2:25. I then waited without anyone giving me an update until 3:05 at which time I stepped out and requested an update. I was told the vet and assistant were with a pet and would be 10-15 minutes. The vet came in at 3;30. I think this location is understaffed. They could have let me know why it was taking and how long. Drop off is not convenient but this waiting is worse. I get that there sick pets in the back but we also matter. I have the full coverage plan that also has dental. It has never been this bad. I do like the vet, assistant and front desk staff, however the protocol needs to be addressed."

"Dr,Ross horrible person unprofessional the way she conducts her self towards her staff! She treats them horrible! Is this the type of people you have working for you and representing you! SHAME ON YOU!!!! Made me feel so uncomfortable I took my business elsewhere"

"Have used Banfield Pet Hospitals across the country and the last two experiences I had at this location were miserable. Do not recommend. Updated my review on 10/6/23 to 1 star. This place is insane. After I get my dogs prescription refilled I will no longer use Banfield services at this location or others. Every interaction I have had with this particular location has been unnecessarily stressful with multiple mistakes by staff. I have now been on hold/the phone with them for over half an hour just trying to get a prescription refilled which should have been ready post-bloodwork that was done. Now maybe they will have it in their next delivery but can't confirm and I need to hope on a whim and a prayer that when I check next week they actually ordered it. My bold assumption is that they did not. Funny how their hold line says they care about our pets, because it certainly doesn't feel that way. Another update as I was writing this! They closed and sent me to voicemail while I was still on hold. Top notch customer service. Lovely 10/10 do not recommend."

"Took my dog in for symptoms that could either be parasitic or liver related. Both time sensitive. I was asked to drop my dog off and when I picked him up was given a dewormer. No veterinarian to answer questions. I provided a stool sample and haven’t received a call for the past week. My dog still has the same symptoms and have placed two calls and one email with no response. That visit cost $136.00. Unless your dog is healthy and just going for checkup I do not recommend Banfield."
