"Excellent"
"Hidden gem. Everyone is so nice. They communicate everything no surprises."
"My fiancée and I rescued a beautiful puppy and were referred to this animal hospital. Throughout our extent of working with them we ran into a number of issues. They were not reliable when making appointments. The final straw was when they canceled an appointment while we were on our way to the appointment. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone."
"Like most of us during the pandemic I rescued a puppy. I came in as a referral. I had to call several times to get answers regarding paw plans and care for my new puppy. I had several visits and only met the vet one time. They promise free office visits, but you never get to speak with the doctor unless you request it. I had to wait over a month and a half to have a spay and microchip appointment. As I was pulling out of the garage, on the day of the appointment, I received a call from them stating the doctor called in sick. Apparently no other doctor could accommodate me that day. They asked me to call back and reschedule. Their next available appointment was two weeks away. With the exception of Natalie-the hospital manager I would never recommend this place. My puppy is now receiving treatment from the Peninsula Center Pet Hospital in Rolling Hills. They made accommodations to have her spay and microchip surgery taken care of right away."
