"My experience as a patient here: - Staff made fun of me behind my back - I was forced to eat to the point of feeling nauseous - Most groups were not applicable to my eating disorder and no replacement groups were given - My problems were not understood Overall review: If you have Anorexia or a similar eating disorder than this may be the place for you. "The Healthy Teen Project has been a savor for many of my clients. Previously there was a gap in care for teens suffering from eating disorders in the Bay Area. Working at other treatment centers I would see how teens would struggle with the program. Additionally this program was founded on amazing principles of client care, and seamless team work when it comes to a multiple provider team for each client.
