"I found this vet under very unfortunate circumstances. My cat had come into contact with a poisonous plant and I could not afford to go to the ER. We called them and even though they weren’t fully open yet they decided to help my baby anyways. Their care for animals was so apparent from the very first visit. They even referred to my roommates as my cats family (which is true but an unexpected gesture). They ensured that she received all the care she needed, treating her as if she was their own! Due to the dangerous nature of the plant, I had to bring my cat around 4 times to make sure she got the fluids and kidney checks she needed. Every single time I brought her I was greeted with enthusiasm and she was greeted with love. I would recommend this vet to all of my friends and family. They provided AMAZING (and likely lifesaving) care to my baby for a fully reasonable price. I had not yet found a vet I wanted to stick with but now this will be my go to vet for as long as I live in SoCal! Fully recommend!! It is apparent they are very knowledgeable and will always take the best steps for your furry friends and family!"

The circumstances that led me to this establishment were quite frightening, but the outcome was nothing short of exceptional. My son and I share a bond with our three-year-old Australian Shepherd named Eli. This morning, we were faced with a distressing situation as poor Mr. Eli began experiencing severe diarrhea, vomiting, and coughing up mucus. Concerned about his well-being, I quickly turned to online research, realizing the gravity of the situation could be life-threatening. The possibility of an intestinal obstruction from an unknown object he might have ingested loomed over us. In the late evening, with most veterinary practices already closed, I was left with limited options for emergency care. It was then that I stumbled upon a new veterinary practice on Yelp, with no reviews yet but showing as open for another hour. In a moment of desperation, I made the call and was greeted by a kind gentleman who explained that their practice was technically not open yet, as the grand opening was scheduled for the next morning. Despite their preparations for the big day, they did not hesitate to offer assistance upon hearing about Eli's condition. I was quite pleasantly surprised that they invited us to come to the practice so they could evaluate Eli despite the fact that they weren't even technically open yet. Upon arriving at the facility, I was immediately impressed by its modern and pristine appearance, a testament to the dedication and investment put into creating a top-notch practice. What truly stood out, however, was the youthful enthusiasm and genuine concern displayed by the team. Despite the impending grand opening, their focus was solely on Eli's well-being, making us feel like we were in the hands of compassionate angels sent to our rescue. Dr Alexis Kessler is the veterinarian and co-owner of this incredible new veterinarian practice and she conducted a thorough evaluation, including X-rays to rule out any obstructions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease, as she explained the findings and recommended a treatment plan with antibiotics, diuretics, and hydration for Eli. Throughout the process, both the Dr Kessler and her husband, who assisted, exuded a warmth and comfort that made us feel like we were among old friends. As we shared stories and discovered common interests, including summers spent on Cape Cod, I couldn't help but be inspired by this young couple's pursuit of their dreams. Despite the extensive care provided, the final bill was surprisingly affordable, exceeding my expectations. It was evident that their passion for animals and dedication to their practice far outweighed any monetary gains that I've experienced with other veterinary practices especially the ones that are being taken over by the big corporations. Based on having them see us at an emergency visit doing x-rays and all the injections and prescriptions I thought for sure this was gonna break the bank and I was pleasantly surprised that it was extremely reasonable. Another reason to be so grateful that they're still practice that believe And treating customers fairly. The great news is that Eli within 45 minutes of being in the practice had made 180° turnaround. He was energetic, happy and already on the mend! Interacting with the veterinarian's father, who was diligently working on the final touches of the signage, I witnessed a proud parent's support for his daughter's journey to fulfill her childhood dream. This moment encapsulated the essence of their practice—built on integrity, honesty, expertise, and a genuine love for animals.
