"There is no way to get ahold of this company. I was referred here by Kaiser for couples counseling. I tried emailing and calling but there was no answer nor reply to my emails. The phone number posted on their website says it is disconnected."
"After 6 weeks of emailing back and forth with her administrative assistant (including a 30 minute phone call) just to get a cost estimate and an appointment scheduled, she finally contacted us directly to let us know she is now too busy to see us. She asked why we didn't look for someone else... oddly enough, it's because we were hoping to finally get an appointment with her scheduled. Really not what I expected from a reputable counselor. For all I know she might great, but I wish the time and effort was spared by having some clarity and even a small degree of professionalism when we first inquired."
"Jayn makes the logistical stuff easy so you can get down to business. She completely handled the insurance aspects and made scheduling in-person and video sessions flexible. I have worked with Jayn during two difficult periods in my life and it has been worth every minute, every commute and every dime. The EMDR methods she used allowed me to deal with difficult memories and protection mechanisms that were only hurting me as an adult.
