The pharmacy provides access to vital services for people who would have a hard time if they had to go further. Clerks are friendly and helpful. It has been a relief to see the shelves restocked recently. I almost always find what I need here."

It makes me feel unsafe when I’m in the store why in the world with Rite Aid have facial recognition isn’t that at airports and federal buildings. Are they just trying to scare their customers?"

"I've been coming here for a number of years to fill my prescriptions. Today went to pick up my prescription and cost was $3.01. I handed Sandra a twenty dollar bill. When I asked Sandra if I could go to my car to bring her the penny she said no and insisted on giving me the $0.99 in change saying she wasn't going to loose her job because of money. I can find a pharmacy that will build relationships with long-term customers. There is never any reason to give business to those that can't recognize the value of my business"

"I have visited this pharmacy multiple times and each time we are treated with the some of the poorest customer service I have witnessed. Whether it has been the pharmacy never filling a prescription I have called about on more than one occasion or belittling my partner when she has tried to schedule a vaccine appointment. The inability of the staff to effectively communicate with patrons and carry out the various functions of their job has made it difficult to want to return to this specific location. I do hope that these are isolated incidents and that those who are in need of assistance at this location receive the proper care and attention they deserve."
