"First time I went for a visit for my pet staff was nice, second time I went for a follow up to make sure his treatment was working on him, I overheard the receptionist telling other patients that there was no fee charged for the follow up appointment on the pets but I was charged for one, seems like there was a personal problem because they didn’t provide a bag for me for my pets medications while everyone else was getting one, they just threw mine on the counter. Also the hand off when I got my pet, the nurse was really passive aggressive, if there was an issue they should’ve just discussed it with me but they didn’t. On top of that I had to wait over an hour because they were backed up and couldn’t even offer an apology but they want to charge you a fee for being late to your appointment, so where’s the refund for my over one hour of wait time? Not that I need it but just unprofessional and rude, do better."
