"CVS pharmacy APP and CVS pharmacy phone system is not accurate and syncing with the realtime information of my prescriptions status. Example one medication has been reported as waiting on me to pick up since Saturday February 10 various times until this morning Friday March 1 2024. When staff is busy as they said to a family member after I was recovering from surgery they were put on home as I was and my doctors in the past. If so busy but not too busy too double charge my bank debit card on file on at least two separate occasions. Hire more staff and fix computer systems, phone systems options calling in trying to get a person and fix CVS Apl."
