"I have a senior boy that has sustained a very minor injury but made worse by arthritic changes as often happens with our senior babies. He is an extremely sensitive boy when it comes to medications so we have opted for a more natural experience. Dr Chen has taken amazing care of all my babies since I met her in 2017. Her soothing nature & gentle approach has even won the heart of my timid guy. Integrative Pet is truly a safe haven, soothing, healing & centered to relax even the most timid of pets. My Rocky does so much better with the entire staff here than any other practice. He went from being 80% die to medications, inflammation & injury (non permanent) to being way more ambulatory & moving around on his own. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Dr Chen or her outstanding staff that go above & beyond for the pets we trust them with. "I brought my dog to Integrative Pet Wellness center for a lingering illness. I knew from the moment I walked into their office I was in the right place. The energy upon entry is amazing . Customer service was kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Dr . Chen is extremely zen and well educated in her field. I trust her completely. My 109lb dog trusts her too. Integrative Pet Wellness is a treasure to me. I am so very happy my dogs have Integrative Pet Wellness Center and Dr. Chen. If you desire the absolute best of care for your pets this is where you will have it."

"I really wanted to love this place but last visit which was only our second one left us feeling a offput and uncomfortable. We saw a different doctor (Gaby) and it was clear that she had not looked at my dogs chart at all. We had initially gone on our first visit bc Ralph (my foster) has an old leg injury. We do not know how it happened or for how long. When we walked in the second visit Gaby asked if I knew he was limping. I obviously knew he was limping bc that is the reason why I brought him in the first time. That is how I knew she didn’t even try to learn about him beforehand. The visits are quite expensive and not even taking the time to review his chart is unacceptable. She also did not know he is a foster and that he had received thermal imaging for his leg. In essence she didn’t know anything about him. She didn’t do an assessment on his leg which I would expect especially if she hadn’t reviewed his chart. She was rude to my husband in her tone and attitude. I repeat, Ralph has an OLD injury. She made it sound like walking him for 30 minutes at a time was the reason why he wasn’t better. We tried to make light of the visit and just get through it but for the $370 I paid, I would expect to feel 1. That my dogs chart is at the very least reviewed 2. That I don’t feel uncomfortable enough to reconsider going back. The rest of the staff is super nice."

"I am completely impressed with Dr. Chen and her entire staff! My mom always told me that balance is the key to life and that’s exactly what Integrative Pet Wellness strives for by looking at the total health of my furbaby! I love Dr. Chen’s passion and the positive energy in her clinic is palpable! I’m totally on board with holistic, regenerative medicine for myself, why wouldn’t I want to give my dog the same advantages?!! I want Rudy to live a long, healthy, pain-free life without pharmaceuticals and surgery and Dr. Chen is creating an individualized plan to do just that! I love all the options this practice offers. We already have a better understanding of Rudy’s pain through thermal imaging and he had immediate relief from acupuncture and laser therapy. We are so looking forward to implementing the right treatments, supplements and nutritional plan to give Rudy’s entire system balance for a healthier, longer life. "I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chen and her team! They've completely changed the way I think about veterinary medicine. We found Dr. Chen when my dog Jane was being treated for urinary crystals, her previous vet gave us big brand prescription food that I never really trusted but I felt like we had no other options so I went with it. After a while of using that food I wanted a second opinion so we reached out to Dr. Chen. I'm so glad that I did because we've been able to solve her urinary issues and improve her overall health with the right combination of fresh food and supplements! While it's led to more vet visits than our previous vet, it feels so much more of a proactive approach to my dog's health. The previous approach felt like putting a band aid on the problem, while Dr. Chen's approach feels like we're actually doing the work to solve the issue. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind and I also think every vet office should be like Interative Pet Wellness Center. My dog is not a fan of the vet, and while she is still nervous to go to the vet, I can help her so much more at Dr. Chen's. There is no 'waiting room' so you're not in a room with other owners and their dogs and the exam rooms have a living room feel to it. Aside from a lengthy drop-off procedure, I've never been away from my dog. I can't recommend them enough!!"
