"Thank you for asking and Dr Moeller was exceptional! During Essy’s examine, she was very kind in letting me comfort and hold my scared baby while she proceeded with a thorough exam. After the exam, Dr Moeller, in a very personable way, took her time explaining not only the diagnosis, but informative information I had not learned from other Veterinarians. I also appreciated her empathy toward Essence’ fear, plus by disclosing about her own dog, I felt understood and that she really does “get” how scared pups struggle and what to do to help comfort them during their visits:) The tech team was warm and helpful, as well as the focused front office gals."

When our dog had an emergency on a Friday, they squeezed her in and got her treatment that helped save her life. We cannot say enough about the great treatment our dog has received, everyone in the office (especially our Vet) is extremely loving of the animals they treat."

"The vet I interacted with was great and most of the staff seems great. Clinic is nice. However, I’m upset that a vet tech used a slip lead on my dog (which she is not accustomed to) and dragged it out of the room and rearing and fighting down the hall to be examined. It was awful to see her panicking and choking. I can’t get it out of my mind. She was still coughing when I got her back. I’m concerned about my dog in future visits. She has no aggression and is very friendly, but I’m sure she will remember the incident. The vet let me know that this would be addressed as a training opportunity."

"Been taking our dog Rosie (Golden Doodle 40lbs) here for 2 years+ now since a puppy. Yes they are busy but always responsive and will Squeeze you in for urgent needs as soon as possible. Sometimes it does take a day for them to call back if leaving a non-urgent message, but they Always call back. Appreciate the outside parking spot waiting to call to pick up. Seems like they are expanding and have the staff now the manage the loads."
