"Incredible experience there! My dog is so shy and timid and they made him feel right at home. The veterinarian is a professional but yet light hearted and he made the whole experience of my dog getting treatment smooth as can be!"
"Fast, friendly, and cheap! Very happy I came here. I came to this place right after our male pet rabbit got hurt (he got loose, ran off, and had a bad fall at some point in the night). I called *at least* 6 different animal hospitals in the area to ask if I could bring him in, but none would take him due to the fact that they did not treat rabbits ('cats and dogs only' is what I kept hearing over the phone). I finally decided to give this place a try after I heard that they did treat rabbits, as well as cats and dogs, and other pet animals. When I called, someone picked up right away and offered to see me that same day and set up an appointment for that afternoon. I was able to bring our rabbit in just a few hours after I called. I spoke directly to the doctor and he did a complete exam + x-ray within a short amount of time (I'd say I was there no more than an hour or so, max, as I got in at 1 pm and was out by 2 pm-ish). He shared his insight, explained how he examined him, and even gave us a copy of all our paperwork and x-rays as well. He was also very up-front about the costs of everything and had every part of the service printed in writing, so I knew what the total cost would be before I agreed to it. I also saw other customers coming in and out with their pets (they were busy!) and the doctor and staff seemed very friendly and sweet. I was very happy I came here and I will come back! If you're looking for a tiny little mom-and-pop-style vet to take your pet to in LA, then I'd say this is your place."
"We started coming into this office after our move from another state. Our beloved dog’s health took a sudden turn for the worse. Dr. G. acted fast, running test, and making room in his schedule at the last minute. Even after our dog was taken to a specialist at the animal emergency room, he called us daily to check in. We are so appreciative of his kindness and care. I’ve never had a vet call to check in even after the pet is transferred to a specialist. We will continue to trust Dr. G with our little fur babies."
"Pretty good vet! I brought my puppy in for her first check up since owning her. They charge $75 per regular visit on a weekday. Then additional per vaccine etc. My bill was about $175 after the visit. They also prescribed a flea oral medication based on my puppies weight. I think that was about $30 and I appreciated that they sold it for a monthly dose. The vet explained questions thoroughly and gave recommendations based on his expertise. As a client, only the puppy goes into the hospital and you wait outside in your car until the appointment is finished. Appointment lasted about 35 minutes. They also kindly gave me a folder to hold all of my puppies documents to bring to her next appointment. Very detail oriented."
"I just called this place at 3:02 PM. It's 8.19.2022. I sent my dog here with another person because I had to work today. I have insurance through work. I provided the person who I sent my dog with that information. When I checked my card I notice that I was charged full price. That's not the issue. The issues is when I called to see what could be done. The woman who answered my call, Wendy, was rude and unhelpful. I told her that I sent another person today to see my dog. She asked me if the card was shown before payment was made. How would I know? At this point, I'm trying to stay calm, because she clearly has had a bad day. I told her I wouldn't know because I wasn't there. Then she proceeded to tell me "It's not our job to ask for pet insurance. It's the customer's job to present it.". Why would talk to people like that? Who told you that you were more special that you actually are? What kind of person works around animals, and is still rude and miserable like this? Be polite. Learn some manners. I'm a customer, and I spent my money I work for at your establishment. Show some respect. I will never bring my dog here again."
