I appreciate how much safety is prioritized especially me being a white belt who was concerned about injuries. The fundamental classes are perfectly structured for white belts and blue belts to get better. Big shout out to Coach Oliver for being so helpful. Professor Tom for being hilarious and a great instructor. Professor Alex really showing his dedication and love for Jiu Jitsu. Coach Jake with his huge smile and big energy. I love this place and I cannot recommend enough that you come take a class and/or bring your children. The other people who I train with are always open to conversation and very friendly.
