"I went here today to get a couple pairs of shoes, the employees are so rude, one was standing by the door on his phone and never asked if I needed help, I had to walk to the register and wait in line to ask about sizes. With the way employees treat people I’ll be surprised if this place stays open for long."

"Bad service never got asked if I need help finding a shoe size. I heard the employees calling a guy broke even though they are the ones working in a retail store that probably pays minimum wages"

"Employees are so rude here. On the floor they dont ask if you need help even though they clearly see you looking around holding a shoe trying to find someone, you have to go up to them. I asked for a gift receipt when I purchased shoes because it was a Christmas gift, the cashier failed to tell me the gift receipt is ONLY good for exchanges, not returns. So I go back with my brother to exchange them since he didnt like the shoes, and he didnt like the options at the store. So when I tried to return it with the gift receipt they told me no and the cashier was super rude about it. I didnt hold on to the original receipt since I already had the gift receipt in the box. She said “well they gave you both receipts”… What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? Employees dont even disclose that a gift receipt is only good for exchanges. And the lines move SO slow too even though only 2 people are in line. The customer service is awful here."

"I’ve never been to a JD store it’s so different than the rest of the shoe stores here. They have a lot of nice shoes and clothes! They even have a TV screen where you can see the update on your shoe that you asked! If you think the employee is not getting your shoe they have a scanner thing and someone from the back brings it! Good shoes and customer service would definitely come here again!!"

"The Employees kill the store’s vibe. I encountered an employee with a bad attitude. I asked for a shoe size she said they had & she never went to go look , she stayed in the same location . She eventually walked up to tell me they didn’t have the size ."
