"I’m sad to say that Rico has declined to see me again after I left a 3 star review. He texted me after the most recent appointment and asked if he could improve the review. I told him that I was still in pain and would be coming back soon. My next appointment was canceled, so was the one after. I just received a text message that he could not take me on despite my ability to find openings in his schedule. My original review was just about the mechanics of the appointment being awkward. Rico is talented but not professional. I am really shocked to have to find another therapist over a wordless 3 star review."

"First went to see Rico when I was having a flare last summer, (I deal with chronic pain). He fit me into his schedule and was very accommodating to my needs. He genuinely cares about his patients, and really takes his time to listen and learn about your symptoms and goals of what you're hoping for from getting a massage. I have to say he is one of the more intuitive massage therapists I have had, I can tell him what I'm experiencing and he kind of just figures out where all of the tight areas are, places I wasn't even aware of sometimes. He is truly a gifted healer, and extremely knowledgeable of human anatomy as well. As someone with chronic pain, this is very important because I need to make sure I'm not seeing someone who is going to make the pain worse, Rico always helps it feel better though. Since I've been seeing him regularly, my chiropractor has noticed a big improvement in my upper back and my adjustments are holding a lot better. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for therapeutic massage."

"I pulled a muscle in my back, badly, had difficulty using a keyboard (my livelihood). Rico did a deep massage and within 2 days I was infinitely better. As I've continued with the massage, I have experienced being pain free in my back for days on end which I haven't experienced for months and months. I was caregiving for my mother who had Alzheimer's, sadly she passed several months ago, but the lifting really took a toll on my back. I am very delighted with my new found freedom from pain."
