"It has now been 7 days trying to get my prescriptions sent to a pharmacy. The first time one was sent, but not the other. Another time, the other was sent, but not the other. I was guaranteed and PROMISED each of the days a rep would get back to me by end of day no matter what, and they have lied through their teeth every single day. At this point it’s comical, I call every morning on my morning walk to hear the same regurgitated promises with no follow through. My clinician has made no attempt to get back to me either. Shame on these people for treating me like a nuisance and not a customer. DO YOUR JOB."

"I have been with this location for many years. My previous psychiatrist retired from here, and he was amazing and caring. The transition to my current psych was painless, and he is equally as amazing. Communication with your doctor and the office is easy, and they have been nothing but polite."

"Highly recommend Dr. Robert Trimmer. He is a Doctor who actually cares and is very compassionate about his approach. A lot of doctor’s in the past just listen and then prescribe prescriptions to try without consideration or any discussion whatsoever. Dr Trimmer is quite the opposite, answering any questions about medication beforehand and going over the risks and benefits and alternatives if need be. He also offers advice to the problems that you’re having and always provides a Doctor’s note when needed. Office staff is also very attentive to your needs and has been very helpful. Rarely have had to leave a voicemail seeing as they answer calls a majority of the time. Much appreciated!"
