"BE AWARE OF RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION POLICY!!! Called to reschedule/cancel an appt for my boyfriend that he had later that evening as he woke up with a fever. They said they would be charging me if they didn’t get the appointment rescheduled. So basically, I’m supposed to rely on their effort and others availability to get the appointment rescheduled for the same day? It is completely ridiculous that they expect their customers to know ahead of time if they are going to get sick. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone says she is the manager and there was no was else I could speak to, how convenient! Makes absolutely no sense. This policy is putting their own therapists and other customers at risk as people will begin to just come in, regardless if they’re not feeling well as customers cannot even cancel their own appointment if they are not feeling well without the risk of getting charged! I understand that they need to pay their therapists but it’s absurd that they expect customers to predict sickness & are not valuing those who are doing the right thing by not coming in when they have symptoms. I have gone to this location for a little bit now and definitely will not return."

"I love it here! The front desk team is always so helpful and professional. They call me by name and have even gone above & beyond to call me when my therapist has extra openings! And, my 2 favorite therapists, Cynnea and Minerva are A-MAY- ZING! I appreciate the knowledge they provide when asking questions about my aches and pains. The overall experience is always pleasant and I appreciate the effort!"
