"We've been coming here for years, since my oldest was 3 months old, but today is the day I accept it's a waste of your time and money if you are serious about teaching your kids to swim. I should start by saying that if you live in the area and you're just starting to introduce your little ones to the water for the first time, it's a great option. If your kid is a little older, has some experience but needs to be challenged to learn more, you'll likely find yourself stuck in the wrong class as we have. You are constantly at the mercy of teachers and staff who seem checked out and annoyed when you inquire about advancing to the next class or having your child evaluated. Today, I watched as the front desk attendant asked one of the staff in red shirts about trying my daughter in a higher level class. Without even knowing who my daughter was or her skill set, I watched as the woman rolled her eyes at the request. This same woman proceeded to speak to the instructor of the new class we would be trying and despite my daughter doing a wonderful job of trying everything the teacher asked of her, they made the decision to keep her back. It seems like that decision was made before she even got in the water. You really have to wonder if they purposefully do this to keep kids enrolled longer. Either way, it's now abundantly clear that there is no motivation or real investment amongst the staff in moving these kids forward and for that reason, this place is no longer for us!"

"I have been at this school for 2 months and I have seen the progress of my children here, I love what my children learn each lesson, the teachers are very friendly, most of them are bilingual and they strive to give the children personalized attention, the teacher Xochilt and Rebecca are great. $25 per lessson is totally worth it."
