"I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Dr. Carrie Jaffe, and I feel compelled to share my experience. From the beginning, it became apparent that her professionalism and integrity were severely lacking. Firstly, Dr. Jaffe blatantly lied about having the time to complete an evaluation. Despite assuring me that the process would be timely, it became clear that her words were empty promises. The evaluation itself was riddled with inaccuracies, as she shamelessly fabricated results that did not align with the reality of the situation. What truly alarmed me was Dr. Jaffe's questionable behavior during the evaluation. She inappropriately inquired about the identity of the judge and displayed a concerning curiosity about the other attorney involved. It was clear that her focus was skewed, neglecting her responsibility to provide objective and unbiased assessments. Moreover, Dr. Jaffe's conduct extended beyond mere negligence. She actively conjured up nonexistent issues and exaggerated concerns where none existed. This not only wasted valuable time but also caused unnecessary stress and anxiety throughout the process. To make matters worse, Dr. Jaffe insisted that I obtain a report from the DEA, assuring me it would take a mere 24-48 hours. However, this turned into a months-long ordeal, greatly inconveniencing me and demonstrating her lack of understanding or consideration for her patients' time and needs. What disturbed me most was Dr. Jaffe's failure to disclose any conflicts of interest she might have had. This lack of transparency raises serious ethical questions about her intentions and casts doubt on the integrity of her professional practice. Given the distressing nature of my experience, I have taken the necessary steps to report Dr. Carrie Jaffe to the medical board. It is my hope that they will thoroughly investigate these alarming allegations and take appropriate action. In conclusion, my encounter with Dr. Carrie Jaffe was marred by dishonesty, unethical conduct, and a disregard for patient well-being. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering her services. It is my sincerest hope that the appropriate measures will be taken to protect future patients from the destructive impact of such practices. Her evaluations are extremely biased and one sided and are not based on facts. They are written to help whatever attorney she has a quid pro quo relationship with to line her pocket book. The first thing she asked me was, who was the judge and who’s the attorney. She didn’t ask about any dates just explained she was extremely busy for the next 5 months after I told her who the people were but she still wanted a quick rundown when she said it wouldn’t be possible. After I got off the phone I got a weird feeling. A week before we changed evaluators she called and said she could do it, even though she was beyond busy and had no chance of doing an evaluation, but needed to paid immediately and not like the court ordered. My ex was supposed to pay half which I still haven’t received. I barely spoke with this charlatan and took a couple of tests online which she claimed I was deceitful yet wouldn’t tell me why or which questions I was supposedly not telling the truth. Her evaluation took almost 5 months because of all the nonsense she had me do. At the start of the evaluation she said she would need certain items and these were not on there. This includes getting a Cured report going back 7 years which is highly unorthodox. I had to contact the DoJ to receive the documents which took several months to obtain when she claimed at the 11th hour it would take 24-48 hours. Before that she said my doctors could easily get the report going back 7 years which was false and if you don’t know the basics like how far a cures report goes back at a doctors office you don’t know the basics. Everything she asked me to do at the 11th hour when the report was due was not in the original scope of work and She was literally trying to find things so she could write a bad report. ."

"I feel like I was misled into thinking Dr. Jaffe had experience in custody matters. This is not the case. She also lacks experience as an expert witness, which was evident in my situation. Her report had a major mistake with regards to the very person being evaluated. She initially described him incorrectly. She later had to give me a revised copy of the corrected report. It was clear she got her patients mixed up. There were other aspects of her report that appeared rushed. I was originally drawn to Dr. Jaffe due to the lower cost. However, I am convinced the extra money spent on someone else would have been worth it."

"After several months, and requests from the San Diego BBB, Ms. Jaffe has still not complied with sending her findings to the FAA regarding a client receiving his pilot's license. She seems more interested in being called "doctor" than actually completing the jobs she is paid to perform. Once she receives her fee she seems to be too busy to finish the task."

"Do not have your loved one assessed here. I paid $2000 and the assessments this facility administered were not accurate at all. The results were "inconclusive" because my son was not stable enough to be tested. You would think a facility call "accurate assessments" would ensure their tests are administered to garner the best results possible. When I asked for retesting later, I was denied. They will tell you they're supportive and will help you with state support and other services, but after they get your money, you get nothing. I think they are unethical and I think the state medical board should evaluate them."
