"Dr. Ramenini is great but everything about the back office is terrible. Trying to get a hold of a person is impossible, billing process is never right, and the people aren't friendly. I have been in tense conversations with staff and I'm not mean at all (I try to be as nice as possible because their job isn't easy). I actually think about leaving but I like my doctor enough to deal with the office."

"Horrible customer service. They will charge your credit card without your permission without sending statement, and they never answer phones. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour after they randomly charged $400 without my permission. Therapist will try to get you to stay one minute longer and then charge you extra. Not an honest place at all."

"They won't tell you if you need prior authorization from your health insurance before a visit. I scheduled an appointment earlier this year and was not told that I would need a referral before my visit in February. The visit happens and afterwards, I get a bill for $200. When I call to understand why, I'm told that I need a referral - so I call my health insurance and get it. I call again since I keep getting the $200 bill, and find out since the referral is after the visit, it can't be applied. How convenient. I ask if they can reduce the cost in any way, and Biling was unwilling to do anything. Shady business practices are not worth the headache and anxiety of not knowing how you'll get billed or what you need for a visit."
