"ES3 has helped me recover from years of chronic pain and injuries from dancing. All of the therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful and I almost look forward to my therapy appointments because of the fun environment. I highly recommend ES3 for anyone suffering from pain or recovering from any injury or surgery."
"Over a year ago, ES3 Physical Therapy transformed my recovery journey. At the time, Heather, my PT, helped me navigate my torn shoulder rehab and got me back to surfing without pain. Recently, after another injury (thoracic vertebrae compression fracture), Chelsea was my assigned PT. Her guidance in rebuilding my back, core, and addressing knee issues related to the fracture was invaluable. Today, as I complete my physical therapy journey, I'm not only functional but returning to the waves, thanks to Chelsea's dedication. ES3 comes highly recommended from both me and my wife. This women-owned and led clinic fosters a unique environment of camaraderie, making recovery a positive and effective experience. I'm grateful for their support in regaining my physical health."
"Best therapist ever, Chelsea and her staff are very knowledgeable. After so many years of back pain and countless therapist she is the best. Her therapies definitely made a difference in my recovery. I am definitely going to recommend her to my friends and family. 10 stars out of 5."
"Very unsatisfied experience. Coming here felt like a mill and that I was just a number to them. The physical therapist was not watching over my physical therapy exercises when doing them and instead I was left alone while they saw another patient, despite being told that it would be a one on one session. When I called to ask questions and address some concerns that I had with my treatment, the physical therapist that answered was very rude and would not let me finish speaking when trying to explain my concern. She told me that “time is money” and that she doesn’t have time for me. When I asked for the name of who I was speaking with, she would not provide me with her name. Very unprofessional."
"ES3 Follow-up Testimonial I am an active, otherwise healthy 70+ year old who developed and was diagnosed with pinched nerves in my lower cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae (upper back). The pinched nerves prevented me from participating in the sports that I love, e.g., bicycling and sailing. So, finding relief, if not an outright cure was mandatory. I became a patient of various MD’s, a PA, and two Acupuncturists seeking treatment and relief. ES3 for physical therapy (PT) was also recommended by a fellow biker after he listened to my complaints and to my diagnosis. The outcomes from the non ES3 visits varied from the PA who told me to forget about biking (an impossible suggestion), to feeling worse when I left than when I entered the facility, to receiving an epidural steroid injection. Epidural steroids did help. By far the most effective therapy was received from ES3. I had over 20 PT sessions with Heather who helped me concentrate on: Posture, making me aware of the relief I could obtain from keeping my spinal column in line; Stretching & Strength training exercises to make me more flexible and stronger and Massage to help reenforce the posture and strength aspects. Heather asked me to consider which aspects of therapy were helpful. The answers that question, in retrospect, were/are fundamental to my recovery. I am now, stronger, more flexible and have better posture than when I was injured. I recently completed a number of long-distance bike rides and was able to trim the mainsail on a 50 ft sailboat with only minimal pain. And I can’t thank Heather, and her co-workers, for their essential contributions to my recovery."
