"Alex, Jeremy and Alexis have been fantastic and a pleasure to work with! I came in with some ongoing issues that they were able to address pretty quickly. More important than finding the issues, was them sharing exercises to keep the issues from returning. We have done manual, therapy, exercise, therapy, and cupping to address my symptoms. During a single session, we will do a little bit of everything, and by the time the hour is over I am limber, and physically challenged. The online system they use provides videos and pictures to assist in doing my exercise homework. Overall very highly recommended!"

"The physical therapists at the downtown location are fantastic. I have gone through physical therapy many times for various injuries and this has been my best experience. I had a total hip replacement and my doctor did not want me to continue PT but my workouts were mediocre and I didn't feel safe. This has been a great experience from the first visit. "Chris and Alexis have been great to work with! I’ve gone to a few physical therapy clinics over the years and this is by far the best one. The sessions were always tailored to my needs vs. other places giving me generic exercises that were repeated each week with no progression. The staff was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I made great progress after my back surgery and feel like they really understood what my body needed in order to recover quickly and correctly. The facilities are clean and parking is never an issue, even though it’s located downtown. Overall would highly recommend this location!"
