"Felt like a waste of my time. I could tell he didn't even read all the information I filled out beforehand. He also kept asking me the same questions, which -to me - means he is not listening. He asked me 3 times "when did you move here (US)?"; asked me twice if I was married. Also asked a bunch of other questions 2-3 times, but I can't list them here. He was very impatient and condescending. E.g. He asked me: "how long ago did your anxiety begin?" I was trying to think about it for not even 5 seconds, and he started listing (in a very condescending way) ..."was it a year ago? 2 years? 3 years? 5 years? 7 years? As if I didn't know how years work. After about 20 minutes into the consultation (if you can call it that) he miraculously knew that I have anxiety and "mild depression" and prescribed my some kind of medicine. Maybe what gave it away was the fact that he asked me if I had anxiety and depression, and I said yes. Was expecting a lot more from a veteran psychiatrist. Now I need to find another one who will actually run an evaluation."

Oh, and you won't be able to get a hold of her or her office and won't get your prescription renewed on time. Don't go there if you're looking for care. They hung up on me too when I called them asking for a Wellbutrin prescription refill because they ignored my messages on their portal."

After listening attentatively to me describe my symptoms, he told me what medicines he would suggest and sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy.
