"I have had nothing short of a positive experience since reaching out to Sokya a year ago! I was able to get an appointment within the same month, and Dr. Stephanie Chen has been incredibly helpful and supportive during my appointments and always schedules the next follow-up when we are meeting. I called the front desk about an insurance issue and they understood immediately what my issue was and they were direct and clear on what steps I needed to take to fix the issue. Thankful to have a reliable psychiatrist who meets virtually and enables minimal effort on my end!"

"I was on the waiting list for 2 months and every month they tell YOU to call to remain on the waiting list. Finally got permission to go to anyone. Called and got an appointment then recieved a text stating my appointment was canceled after 2 days. I called and said hey I got message stating that it is not cancelled in the system. Fill out the paperwork that they only give you 48 hours complete no matter how far out your appointment is. I completed at least 30 mins after we got off the phone. Do you think they called for my appointment on Friday, November 24th. Nope, recieved no phone call despite the note he said he left. There systems they put in place has actually stressed me which makes what I am going to them for even worse. 1. Why am I calling you if you have me on the waiting list. Someone should be monitoring the waiting list. 2. If my appointment 3 weeks out why do I only have 48 hours to fill out a form. You want us as patients to hurry up but you don't have the same type of Customer service. If I didn't have Tricare I would be requesting a new clinic but unfortunately I am stuck with them. So I guess I will be calling back for my first appointment for the 5th time."

"Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and go somewhere else!! There’s no way to directly communicate with the doctors without going through front desk staff to play telephone with any information you’re sharing or requesting. I have been doing well with my prescription and had expressed that to the doctor in our last visit in July? They say I missed a Sept follow up I don’t remember making because - I don’t need a follow up - everything is working fine.. and now they are refusing to fill my prescription!! They would rather me go off my meds cold Turkey. It’s just now being expressed (almost a year later) that they REQUIRE follow ups every 3 months - for what??? To take my copay money for the 30 seconds it takes to say “everything is good”. They’ll allow my PCP to fill it - but could take 30 days to get medical records. This place is a joke and they do not care about patient care - they care about taking as much money as they can from you."

"I've been dealing with chronic and mental illness for decades and in and out of many, many doctors offices, and so far this one stands out as nothing less than stellar. If you're looking for a provider to try first - START HERE. Apparently they took past reviews to heart and make changes to their process, so my experience so far has been a cut above the rest. I'm still in the early stages of working with Sokya for Spravato, but already the support their team has demonstrated has compelled me to write a review now because it is HARD out there to find a good Spravato provider (let alone any provider). When you call their office to get started you are connected with a human being to answer any questions you have and get you in the system. And they are so nice! Looking at you Brittani and Carly!! Other Spravato providers are impossible to get on the phone. You have to leave a message and then play phone tag for the next week, which is hard for me because I'M SICK. How terrible is that? You finally get it together enough to reach out to a provider and YOU have to chase them down. Pass. I was able to get a consultation within one week instead of 2 months like the others. And if all goes well with my insurance I can begin treatment in 2 weeks. It's nice to have a 3 WEEK timeline rather than a typical 3-4 MONTH timeline which is what I am typically offered. And did I mention that they are nice? Other provider teams were so surly and unhelpful. And yeah, I'm desperate for proper care. So I can deal with unpleasant people. But these guys are ON IT and kind to you. Because you deserve some kindness when you're sick. We had a minor scheduling error and when I reached out for help I (again) got a human on the phone. They owned the mistake, apologized and fixed the problem in like 5 minutes. I even had another person call just to make sure everything was corrected after the fact. It was so nice to work with a team that was transparent and forthcoming, and for just a few minutes they prioritized ME and then took the extra mile to make doubly sure I was good to go. Bonus - they accept many forms of insurance. And not just so you can call in and confirm so they can tell you that - contrary to their website claims - they have yet to get your insurance provider to approve coverage for Spravato. That was not the case here, unlike the others I reached out to. Best of luck out there."

"My experience has been excellent. The staff is very pleasant and helpful which is very much appreciated. Francis Campbell is a bright shinning jewel. Ms. Campbellis friendly, funny and smart as a whip but most of all caring. I would definitely recommend Sokya Health for mental health needs."
