"Was using them for a little while for the passing of my dad. Didn't know what to do was trying anything to help me cope. But this place is so unprofessional. I paid my part and had a Secondary ins to pick up my balance they never billed it so I had to pay out of pocket of 500$ after the passing of my dad. They didn't really care to give me time to pay it. So I did then my secondary paid them and its been almost a year on waiting for my refund and get the run around.Dont use them they are a scam and don't care. WHEN U CALL u get Nooooo call back"

"Poor service, poor experience. Tried to set up apptments for a teen. They "found us a therapist" booked several apts. They called to say they forgot that person was going on maternity leave. Had to cancel. Charges fees for every little thing. Even tho they don't provide service. Charged for perception refill that got denied. Get passed around on the phone. No one has any answer for anything. Very unprofessional."
