"So, as the health care fiasco continues, I went to get x-rays for my lower back issues, as the doctor explained to me - do NOT leave the x-ray office without a cd of the x-rays as he had not received a few of his customers. Checking in, asked the gal up front that I need to get the cd of my x-rays before I leave, her response sorry we send them to the doctor. I understand, but I would like to take the cd before I leave, her response is sorry we c ant do that unless it is a "stat" procedure. Really, so you can do it, but because it is not a "stat" procedure you won't give it to me? Sorry, we can't do that. Ok, can I please have my stuff back, I will go somewhere else that realizes - "I"M THE CUSTOMER" What the heck, you can do it, but you won't? I don't understand where the common sense has gone, people you have the technology "USE IT!" Went do the street to Imaging healthcare, was greeted very nice, asked if I could have a cd of my x-rays, NO PROBLEM? 45 minutes later, x-rays done and cd in my hand. Now that is customer service! Take note people, this is how it is done. They won't be asking why are we losing money later this year."
