"I can't thank the team at Sports Performance enough for getting me back to my best self. I first came in with an Achilles tendon strain just 4 weeks before the NYC marathon. I had been training & fundraising for months, and I was devastated that I might have to drop out of the race. I walked in in full panic mode thinking I would be told I was crazy to think I could still race, but I was immediately reassured by Dr. Taresh and the whole team's commitment to getting me back on track. Having a plan of attack gave me back my confidence, and I was able to complete the race with very little pain. I've continued working with Dr. Taresh post-race to get my Achilles back to 100% and to avoid future injury, and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. "Highly recommend this place. I'm a software engineer that's been frustrated with my experience with carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, and shoulder strain for the past year and a half. The dynamic duo of Dr. Jason and Dr. Brandon have helped me not only relieve pain in the moment, but have educated me on how to proactively prevent it in the future. In other words, they don't just focus on stretches or techniques that momentarily relieve discomfort, they develop workout and lifestyle plans to help you strengthen the problem muscle (as well as hold you accountable to that plan). I've also seen them for ankle pain caused by my flat-footedness. Unlike previous foot-care specialists I've seen (doctors, running store employees, etc.), they don't just give me the band-aid of orthopedic insoles and call it a day. They've been helping me to strengthen my feet as well as correct improper walking and running techniques that also contribute to the problem. Also huge shoutout to the very friendly Carlos they have working at the front desk. He always provides a positive conversation when I arrive early and am waiting for my PT to finish up with another client."

"Ever since my middle school track & field injury, my knee has been an issue. After over a decade of thinking that I’d never get stronger and always have knee pain, I decided to get help from Sports Performance and it has been the best decision! Shout out to Katie - she has such a great attitude and equipped me with the tools I needed to tackle the root issue. She tailored the exercises so I could do them at home and the results have really surprised me. Just going down the stairs at 27 yrs old used to be an issue, but little by little, Katie helped me get stronger. After just 8 sessions, I’m virtually pain free. Never thought I’d get here!
