"I have been having the most amazing experience with Onyx Physical Therapy and Wellness. I started working with Joanna a few weeks ago for help with neuromuscular re-education and gait training. I went from couch to OCR athlete to Ultra runner in 2 and a half years, and my body didn't know how to catch up. I also have missing connective tissue and chronic pain, which makes movement and balance more challenging for me.
