"I saw Josie for over a year. When I went through a custody hearing and needed her to speak with the evaluator, she suddenly charged me nearly twice what she had been charging me just to speak with me to get up to date. This cost was to include speaking with the evaluator. During the conversation, she was a totally different person than what I had experienced for a year. I found her to be short and snippy and "playing devil's advocate" in an extremely aggressive and emotionally hurtful way. I have never been spoken to like that by a mental health professional. After that conversation, I wasn't sure if I even wanted Josie to speak to the evaluator. After I paid to be berated by her for an hour, I tried to set up a time for her to meet with the evaluator for my case. The evaluator had to call and tell me that Josie was refusing to speak to them unless I paid another fee that she had never mentioned. I called several times, which she refused to answer. She only texted that it would cost me $300 for her to speak on the phone for a 30 minute call. Mind you, my sessions with her were about $55/hour .I was shocked and deeply hurt that she would do this. I will never return. Completely unprofessional and sketchy."

"Josie has been amazingly helpful in providing therapy services for my son, and has made steady progress. She's very responsive and makes herself available to her patients 24 hours. I'm glad we were referred to her and trust that the issues that plague my son are being addressed while he's learning new coping skills as well."
