"Jamie & Ms. Cami are truly two of the most helpful, insightful, and impactful people I’ve ever met. Jamie owns the facility & is so very hands on with everything! Cami is my son’s speech therapist and she truly is so patient and kind with him. He’s been attending speech therapy for 6 months now and he’s made so much progress, he’s still on the quiet side, but has improved immensely. I truly am so grateful we were accepted into their facility. So many places seem cold & rigid, but here at Intuition speech we feel heard, understood and valued! I highly recommend getting on their waitlist and becoming part of the Intuition family."
"I was really excited and optimistic to start my almost four-year-old son's speech therapy here...only to be kicked out of their program by Jamie five weeks into our six-month referral. The first three sessions I sat in the room with my 16-month-old daughter. The therapist, Miss Cami, seemed to be acclimating our son to be comfortable with her because all they did was play, and she barely spoke or asked him questions, or anything really. I expected them to get to work by session two, but it was the same thing. An hour of them playing play-doh and not speaking. Session three was similar, but they played kitchen. Admittedly, my 16-month-old was interested in what they were playing, and would come over and want to play too, but it didn't appear any speaking, lesson, or learning was happening so I didn't think it was a problem. After session three, Jamie, who has seemed to be in charge along the way, called me and informed me about a new policy of having the parents wait in the waiting area. There were a couple toys out there for waiting kids, and I liked the idea that maybe now they'd be getting to work. You can actually hear sound and talking from the room my son and Miss Cami play in, so I felt comfortable with him being in there alone with her. Just like the three previous sessions, not a lot of talking was happening. Today we went for session five. There were no toys in the waiting area so I let the 16-month-old write in a notebook and play with a pink pen and a black pen, taking careful mind to keep her away from the ONE fabric chair in the waiting area. 99% of the time we were the two pens were closed. Halfway through the hour-long session the baby started babbling loudly and playfully yelling. I quieted her the best I could, noticing a sign on the wall asking people waiting to be quiet. Trust me, I was trying. The lesson ended and we left. Once we got home Jamie, the lady in charge, called me to "talk about today's lesson" and told me that the baby's volume was disruptive and that I had allowed her to write on their furniture with markers. It felt like an extremely hostile phone call, so I shot back, "She didn't have markers, she had pens and they were closed." Jamie, "There are marker marks on the furniture." She was so rude, I replied, "What do you want to me do about it?" Jamie, "I think you should find somewhere else." In my opinion, Jamie and the people at Intuition Speech Therapy already didn't like us, and this was the perfect reason to kick us out. If you want to waste time taking your child to speech therapy with no improvement, and potentially be hostilely kicked out of a program, go here."
"I am so excited to start speech therapy for my 4-year-old daughter with Jamie. Yesterday was our first visit, and Jamie was awesome with my baby. Finally, we have a speech therapy facility here in Lake Elsinore! I was on a wait list for months in Murrieta. Thank you, Intitution Speech Therapy, for getting my daughter in promptly. Looking forward to the success, my child will achieve attending here! Customer service is on point, very welcoming, and such a beautiful office. Christain is very professional and courteous. Overall, wonderful place. Get in while they still have openings!"
