"Majority of the time I've ever called the office no one answers. I'm no exaggerating out of 50 times ive called theyve only answerd 3 times. The automated machine says the mail box is full I can't even leave a message it says that every time I've never not heard that say any different. After it says it's full it says please wait for an operator then says sorry no operators are available goodbye and hangs up on me. I'm done with this place I'm doing research to find a better more attentive office. I wouldn't complain if this wasn't an issue. There's more i would say but it's to much to type I'm just over it this place needs better front desk people."

"Incompetent staff. Can’t even do a referral correctly. Every single thing they have done is always followed by a mistake! from appointments to receiving his labs. Big mistake for choosing this clinic for my sick sons primary provider :( if u care for ur health DO NOT pick these people to be your healthcare providers they will fail you."

"Prenatal care 2 years ago. Would never recommend! I was not well treated by staff, including Dr Hao. It was frustrating and nearly shocking how disorganized and disrespectful they operate. Clear lack of care for me as a patient or even as a person. Clear lack of standards, ethics, and effort overall."

"Dr. Hao and all the staff at this facility has continually treated me with kindness and have helped me through my medical issues in an excellent manner since the beginning of the year. I have had multiple appointments with many doctors at various locations to due my condition and Dr. Hao, by far, has cared about me and helped me in all facets the most on several different occasions. I am truly grateful to him for all he has stepped up and done for me when no other location would help me. He is a fantastic doctor and I feel lucky to be in his care."
