"I called before closing yesterday on January 3,2024 and whoever answered need to learn professional phone etiquette. When someone says thank you. The proper response should’ve been you’re welcome and not mmmhmmm. That is just unprofessional and rude. What is mhhmmm? Nevertheless I’ve been serviced by this one employee a few months ago and she was so nice. I’m big on customer service from the frontline to the back end since that’s what my day to day life consist of. I expect superb customer service all around, but I guess people wasn’t raised right or haven’t been trained properly on customer service."

"This place is very good. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. It was very easy to schedule a visit and promptly fit the urgency of my dog's case. The women at the front were polite, kind, and emphatic. They truly do a good job in Banfield Antioch. I will continue to bring my dogs to this hospital. I recommend it surely. They have grooming too. I haven't used it but the Sunday I was at the hospital, the grooming place was lively and full of cuties."

"What a joke. I took my 16 weeks old puppy in today for her first rabies shot and they refused me service claiming she was too young. No, she's at the legal and recommended age. Someone needs to tell Banfield the law on rabies vaccination because they obviously haven't a clue. If my puppy was too young, why did they let me make the appointment to begin with? Now I have to take her to a different vet tonight because I have an appointment to get her license tomorrow. This was my first time at Banfield, and my last."

"Nice staff. I just dont like that we can't go back with them into the exam rooms like a normal vet office. I like to see how my dogs are handled and react to other people and staff? #blueboyandshadowpuppy"

"Everyone there was absolutely great, treated my kitty as if he was their own pet, the way they handled him when they picked him up and how they talked to him made me feel extremely at ease knowing they wont let a thing happen to him, totally professional, hopefully i wont have to for a very long time but if Bandit (my kitty) needed vet treatment again then im definitely returning here"
