"I sat in the lobby for twenty minutes before the rude lady behind the desk looked up and then proceeded to walk out of the room without saying a word or acknowledging my presence at all. Someone finally came out and asked why I was there, I told her I had an appointment at which point she told me I need a mask to be seen. This is August 2022, my doctor doesn’t even wear or require a mask at this point. There was no mention of needing a mask before I came in. I was charged $80 for the appointment even though they wouldn’t see me without a mask. The place looks like a dump and smells even worse."
