"I was searching for a counselor for my daughter and I was advised that both parents had to attend my daughters first appointment, which is very odd. I informed the receptionist that my daughters father was in another state but would be able make the appointment. She asked a few more questions and found out that I was divorced and then stated that she needed my divorce decree. I told her I didn't mind providing it to her and then she informed me that I could only fax the documents to them, which I did. I was informed that it would take about a week for someone to evaluate my request prior to them scheduling an appointment for my daughter. I waited a week and called back to see what was going on and I was informed that they never received my divorce documents. This was very annoying because I faxed it to the number they provided. So, I told the receptionist that I would just find another counselor. Her mood completely changed after that, she sounded extremely happy when saying, "okay, thank you." This is a terrible counseling center."

"Don't bother with this place. They are unprofessional, unorganized and extremely unhelpful. It felt from the first phone call that their mission was to make the process of just getting in to seek therapy as difficult as possible. I needed to drop off documents to them rather then scan and email them (which they wouldn't allow) and they didn't provide me with an address, even though I’d made it clear I'd be coming by to drop off this paperwork (this was the last day of the 72 hours they gave me to to get paperwork to them). I googled their address and it was the wrong place. It's still currently wrong on Google AND their own website. I called and they informed me they had recently moved ‘down the street’ (13 min away). That was a red flag to me regarding the organization alone of their staff and business. I drove to the correct place to drop off the paperwork on a Friday. I had to call them the following Tuesday to find out when the initial appointment would be and they called back to say they’re still going through it all. I advised them to shred my file. It's so ridiculous. If you or your children's mental health is important to you, this is not the place to take them. A complete and utter joke. I can't comment on the therapists themselves because we couldn’t and wouldn’t get that far. But if they're any good, they'll read this, fire their staff, and work on sensitivity training as well as organization. Thankfully we have found a wonderful therapist and after dealing with this incompetent place, the process was a breeze."

"Just speaking out now, after about a year. They kicked me out, twice actually. My first therapist here decided to transfer me to another therapist in the same office. About two months goes by and both my new and former therapist decided to kick me out of RCC completely. If they really cared about there patients, they would have not leave there patients to suffer without a therapist. I also called back, to see if they were willing to reevaluate there decision to kick me out, the receptionist decides to say how I refused to help myself."

"I love seeing my counselor here! I always feel so good after our sessions. I feel like she is very seasoned in her profession. She keeps things very professional. I enjoy the advice that she gives out or tools she gives me to use to help with my stress and anxiety. Highly recommend. The front stuff has changed a little bit and it’s a little hard to schedule but well worth the wait of accommodating schedules."
