"I am quite surprised at some of the negative reviews here; honestly, I think some folks don't get everything they want, so they're disappointed. this is my second time being a client here, the staff have all been friendly & kind to me. the therapists have all been extremely helpful in my rehabbing from two knee replacement surgeries. if you are kind and patient with people, you will usually receive the same back."

"The receptionist Andrea made me wait for her till she finished chatting on the phone with a different center. When she finally got herself to help she did it in a bad mood and rolled her eyes at me when i kept on telling her i wanted to keep my appointments at 1:30, she sigh and said “wait so I’m not doing this one” I told her I’ll call when she is not there cuz obviously she didn’t wanted to help anyone. If she hates helping people so much go work somewhere else gosh i hate it when people don’t even want to do the minimal part of their job."
