"Sara is amazing! I did a Reiki session with her and I came out floating on air! I felt a So much better, I was calm and my back pain had subsided. It was a bit like guided meditation with dealing directly with your mind while all the shoulds in your world are swept aside. I felt like iI could access parts of my mind that were blocked off and go around some of the pain of the past and accept myself and my feelings. I would totally recommend her services. I went in for my back but feel like I started dealing with other issues that have plagued me for years! Highly recommended!"
"Jacqueline Plante has been an excellent couples therapist. She is great at being unbiased and professional. I recommend her."
"This place likes to pretend they listen to the client and their wants and needs, after all we are the customer, but it's false. They like to pretend they have a decolonized, woke perspective, but again it's false. After doing years of work to be in a better place mentally in another state, I did the onerous work that counselors don't understand, of seeking out a POC counselor to do maintenance work with and explore being a mixed person. I chose to meet once a month because I knew what I wanted as the customer. After going through all the work to set up the appointment, do the paperwork (another thing counselors don't recognize as a onerous task) and interviewing, we had a single appointment. I was paying out of pocket too, so basically all they had to do was provide me the service at the frequency i requested, once a month. Unfortunately they clearly are all about money and the medical model of treatment and told me they refused to see me only once a month and wanted to see me every week or every other week. I stated that I had already done that kind of work with another counselor and felt i wanted more of a maintenance thing with a POC who i felt would understand certain things my previous white counselor didn't. They told me that they wouldn't see me and stopped all contact."
