"Customer service is rude. They act like you are bothering them. Hung up on me. Rude every time I call. Providers are impossible to get an appt with. Went through several lists without finding a counselor. They were sending lists of providers that were an hour or more away. I wouldn’t think Kaiser would ever be affiliated with a company this unprofessional. I was finally able to find a counselor because I left a message begging him to see us. Just sad."

"Never received referrals from Beacon after following with them for the second time. On hold with Kaiser now to report the lack of follow through and follow up. The only way I was able to receive assistance was because I know ppl within Kaiser who helped me navigate the system. I do not recommend this service provider."

"This group is the absolute worst. They do not answer phone calls, and when they do, they provide the names of mental health professionals who have moved or left Beacon. They offer connection to therapists who are an hour away. Their sole participating therapist in my area is a flake, promising to give me an appointment and never calling again, despite two additional calls I made to her office. I would never want to work with them again."

"Referred to them through Kaiser. They have limited providers. I was only provided 2 in my area. One did not answer my phone messages. The second was not worth even considering making an appointment. The third option was at least 30 minute drive (not accounting for the usual so called traffic). Seriously disappointed in Kaiser and their lack of attention and care to mental health care providers for their members."

"Absolutely WORST company I have ever dealt with for anything!!! I have spent 4 months calling them non stop giving them the SAME info each time to get my insurance information processed and the referral to my therapist through. 3 times I called they did the same process over and over and each time they would lose the information. Then I asked yo speak to the supervisor. Every time I try to contact her it goes straight to voicemail. I was told the supervisor would call me back in 24hrs. That was 2 weeks ago. They will not give me her direct number or let me talk to the supervisors supervisor. They have essentially cut me off with no help."
