"Don’t waste your money here ! I understand cleaning is a priority but do it after hours when people need to shower and get ready and go ! they literally close out the installs for maintenance when you have to go during business hours … and the sinks for you to get ready .. it’s annoying people need to get ready … why not just do a deep clean after hours and just wipe down whatever needs to be clean down during gym hours but letting people use whatever needs ? That will actually be more easy on everyone !"

"This is one of the better 24 Hour Fitness locations. It's reasonably clean, but there is considerable maintenance work that has built up over time. Also important is that everyone coming here takes their time and workout seriously, so there are fewer gym rats just hanging out on equipment chatting or staring at their phones. IMO the manager needs to address the maintenance issues (start with the locker rooms) and customers will be very happy."

"Updat#2 10/21/23 Hours still suck. No expansion of hours. A gym that closes at 8pm on a Saturday is terrible. The other day there were 2 associates at the counter and not one person greeted me or said hello. They are chatting away with each other or on their cell phones. I could go to the gym 15 days in a month and I might get a hello once. The only person that greets customers is ALI and I have not seen her in a while. Who is managing this impersonal place of a gym. This place should be called Barely Open Fitness not 24Hr Fitness. Sheesh. Update: it’s been hot in SanJose lately and this 24hr Fitness either doesn’t turn the AC on or it’s super low. It’s so hot that the humidity on the basketball court makes it damp and slippery. Definitely hazardous. Covid restrictions are over, please open your gym later in the evening. Closing at 8 PM on the weekend is ridiculous. I was here 6/7 and 6/9/23 in the late evening a hour before closing and the guy at the front check in counter does not greet you or smile or say hello. Not friendly at all. Poor customer service. Hours at this gym are terrible. They close at 10 pm Mon-Thursday and 9 pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday the close at 8 pm. Equipment can be broken and stay broken for some time. Not sure who is managing this place but it can use some improvement."

"The equipment is nice and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but the bathrooms are just shockingly unacceptable. They smell how they look too. Unfortunately these are the reasons I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because this gym would be perfect for me because of the weight selections and available equipment. But I didn’t even want to leave my stuff in there for a minute and just carried it around with me while I worked out and then left."

"It used to be my favorite gym. Cons - It is so sad that unlike other gyms who took care and maintain their premises, 24 fitness is still sleeping and way behind. The facility is in a really bad shape. The Spinning room is full with some other equipment. The basketball indoor court has no good basketballs available to play. The kids club is STILL closed and not available to the members. The hygiene within the bathrooms and the maintenance by the cleaning team is low level. The basic finish material/plumbing/toilets that are low cost to replace are not being replaced. Pro - friendly staff and an awesome-amazing instructors of the group classes. Hopefully someone from the managers of the clubs will see this review and will work to improve the facility. If so, will come back and will update my review."
