"Pretty good! Doesn’t get as crowded as other commercial gyms. Some staff member clearly put on their playlists. Specially over the weekends. Makes workout horrendous due terrible music that’s played overly loud . Thank god we have noise cancelling earphones around."

"I'm a new member since January. I love it! The online sign up process was a breeze. The gym has 2 floors, so it never really gets crowded even at peak hours. They have free weights options and then machines for almost anything. Makes me feel more confident about not screwing up my form if I am trying a new workout. The swim pool gets a little busy in the morning and right around when people get off of work. Jacuzzi is great! Sauna rooms are a lifesaver. They have separate saunas accessible through the Restrooms. I haven't been to the group classes as yet but I'll try them soon."

"I've been coming here for a month now and I have to say for the money they could do more. Bathrooms are not very clean. There should be towel give outs. A little goes a long way."

"Lots of broken stuff- not a very reliable place to work out. Today the men’s shower room was broken and the front desk person tells me that it will be fixed in week! Imagine not being able to take a shower post your workout. Previously Sauna and pool have been closed for maintenance for more than a week. Management needs to step up their game."

"Clean. Never too busy. Air is circulated well. There are multiples or the more popular machines and lifting stations. They do not provide towels however and that's a little annoying considering I paid extra when I signed up online. Still waiting of refund. Customer service is less than desirable, but the facility is great"
