"The employees here are friendly and professional in person. My big problem with this place is, they rarely answer the phone. Sometimes, you cannot even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. If you call for a question, to reschedule or to cancel, chances are they won't answer the phone. You might be able to leave a voicemail if the mailbox is not full. That's it. If all the planets are aligned and luck is on your side, they might actually answer the phone but that is very rare."

Called & told receptionist "Melissa" I had left a message several days ago?..nothing- so I asked her to pls have Mr. Victor Chang call me whenever possible for him. Never heard back, definitely not interested, I can only imagine what my treatment would be like.."

"This place is great. Staff is friendly. I didn't have to wait for my appointment (which is a big pet peeve of mine). Dr. Chang has been helping me rehab a fractured collar bone that has goven me limited range of motion and strength in my entire left should. After therapy with him and the great workout advice he gave me, i have most of the range of motion back, no pain, and I'm actually stronger now than when i was pre-injury."
